Ask Alice provides lead research and prospecting services. Customers tell Alice what service they offer, the geographic area they want to target, and the type of prospects they are looking for. Ask Alice then identifies potential prospects that appear to match the customer’s request.
Residential and consumer-focused searches provide public business and referral opportunity sources connected to the requested audience. They are not private homeowner or consumer contact lists and should not be interpreted as people who are actively requesting the customer’s service.
Customers are responsible for reviewing delivered leads and deciding who they contact and how they conduct their outreach. Payment is collected before fulfillment.
Every lead counted toward a paid order includes at least one usable contact email. This may be a company-domain address or a legitimate personal-domain address used publicly by a small business. Phone numbers, named contacts, and job titles are supplemental and included when available.
Ask Alice may decline or adjust an order before payment if there are not enough suitable prospects available for the requested package or geographic area. If a search cannot reasonably support the selected quantity, Alice may offer to broaden the search area or recommend a smaller package before checkout.
Customers have 7 days from delivery to report objectively invalid leads for review. Examples may include duplicates, clearly incorrect geography, incorrect prospect type, closed businesses, or clearly unusable contact information.
A lead does not become invalid simply because the prospect does not respond, says no, already has a provider, or does not become a customer.
Customers are responsible for using prospect information lawfully and for complying with applicable advertising, marketing, privacy, telephone, text-message, and email rules.
Ask Alice may suspend service or manually review orders where misuse, fraud, abuse, excessive replacement requests, or other unusual activity is suspected.
← Back to Ask AliceOrders begin processing after payment. If an order cannot be fulfilled as purchased, Ask Alice may broaden the search with customer approval, provide an appropriate remedy, or issue a refund. Refunds are not based solely on whether a prospect responds, hires, purchases, or generates revenue. Duplicate charges or confirmed payment errors should be reported to support@askaliceleads.com.
Ask Alice supplies prospecting opportunities and contact information from available business data sources. A lead is not a promise of a response, customer, sale, job, or revenue. Objective data-quality concerns may be submitted through the Lead Review process.
